Cleaner profiles help you get a sense of who you’re booking — their experience, personality, and availability. You’ll see:
A short bio written by the cleaner
Experience tags (like “Pet-friendly” or “Short-term rental expert”)
Before & after photos from previous cleans
Real-time calendar availability
Badges for background checks and social referrals
Reviews You Can Trust
After every clean, customers and cleaners leave reviews for each other. These reviews are public, unedited, and help everyone make better decisions.
Ratings are from 1 to 5 stars
You can leave a written review after each clean
Cleaners with consistently high ratings may be marked as Top Scrubbers
You’ll also be able to see if a cleaner is new to the platform, or has a long track record of great service.
Background Checks for Peace of Mind
Safety comes first. All cleaners go through a background check before joining Scrub.
Once verified, their profile will show a “Background Checked” badge — so you know you’re booking someone trustworthy.
